How refunds work for Duklix AI subscriptions and wallet top-ups.

At Duklix, we strive to provide a high-quality service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for purchases made on Duklix.com. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
1. General Policy
Since our Service offers digital goods and immediate access to computational resources (AI models), all purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this policy or as required by applicable law.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1. Money-Back Guarantee. If you are a new subscriber, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. To be eligible, you must not have excessively used the Service (e.g., consuming a significant portion of allocated credits or usage limits) determined at our sole discretion.
2.2. Subsequent Billing Cycles. Refunds are not available for monthly or annual renewal charges once the renewal has occurred. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges. You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.
3. Usage-Based Charges
Purchases of add-on credits, tokens, wallet top-ups, or other usage-based consumables are non-refundable once purchased, as these resources are allocated to your account immediately.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@duklix.com with:
- Your account email
- Order or transaction ID (from your receipt)
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be processed via Lemon Squeezy to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
